Change Your Life with Core Conditioning

Updated on January 26, 2016

Working at a Deeper Level Helps Us Achieve Our Goals and Live Our Dreams for 2016

How you can experience more fun, love, money and success in 2016.

In order to bring about positive change in our lives at a deep level, we need to change our core conditioning - our deepest, most fundamental beliefs, attitudes and assumptions.

Core conditioning is also known as core programming.

Origins of Our Core Beliefs

Change Your Life with Core Conditioning

We often have mental habits and patterns that undermine us and prevent us from achieving our goals.

You can change your life with core conditioning.

Our core beliefs often date back to early childhood.

For example, I met someone who never had any problem with the fact that his father cheated on his mother with lots of other women. But the day he saw one of his father's girlfriends with another man, he formed the core belief "women cannot be trusted".

Often, we are not even aware of what our core beliefs are. We may have formed them so long ago that we have forgotten what they are. But we hold onto them unconsciously. We need to do some detective work first, to discover them, so that we can change them.

There is more information further down the page, so keep reading.

Why Affirmations Don't Work

If you are using methods such as affirmations and visualisations, and you are less than happy with your results, it may be because you are not accessing your core programming. You may need to work at a deeper level.

For more about this, see Why Affirmations Don't Work.

Other Examples of Core Programming

You Can Change Your Life If You Discover Your Core Conditioning

Some core beliefs may include:

- Men leave me.

- I'll never find the husband/wife I want.

- You have to work hard to get money.

- Rich people are selfish.

These are just a few examples of core beliefs.

You can change your life with core conditioning.

We can form core beliefs about any area of our lives. The ones we have about the key areas of our lives are the ones that can make a huge difference in the results we achieve.

Core conditioning affects our whole lives. The more awareness you have around your core conditioning or core programming, the more easily you can change it.

If you are not sure what your core conditioning is around a particular subject, you can find out by using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). For more about this, see Achieving Fabulous Success.

Overcoming Addictions

In order to overcome addictions, it is important to look at our core issues.

Bringing about Positive Change

Using EFT to Change Your Core Conditioning

You can change your life with core conditioning.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can help us to eliminate core beliefs, and to replace them with positive conditioning that can help us to be healthier, wealthier and happier.

One way of working with EFT to change our core beliefs would be to tap on, "Deep down inside, I believe ... ".

For more about this, see Achieving Fabulous Success.

An excellent book for working with your core conditioning is The Key to Everything.
